West End music is a family owned business, owned and operated by Tom "Doc" Dougherty since 2004, when he bought the business from Dave Smith, who started it in 1980. Doc has more years in retail sale and service than he would like to admit, with the last 10 years in music retail. His wife Vicky, takes care of the behind the scenes, Payroll and Accounting duties. While his children Jessica, Jonathan and Natalie can be found helping out in any number of ways, from photographing instruments to helping out customers. 

Our goal is to provide the best service that we can for our customers and be knowledgeable, personalized, friendly and honest in a old fashioned way, just like a music store should be. Most of all, non commissioned based salespeople who are just there to help. We guarantee you won't be greeted by a guy saying "Hey Dude". You know where to go for that kind of service!
