West End Music Lesson Policy

We are delighted you or your child has decided to study music with us, and we’re proud to have instructors who make learning fun
by sharing their own passion for music with their students.  Our instructors have a variety of backgrounds and experiences
and hold child abuse clearance certificates from the state of Pennsylvania. In order to make you learning experience with us pleasant and rewarding,
we ask that you adhere to the following policy:

Lessons are 100.00 for 4 week month,125.00 for 5 week month.
Instructors are required to collect payment for the entire month on the first lesson of each month.
Payment can be made by cash or check.
There is a $25 fee for any returned checks.

Due to the high rate of “no shows” and a waiting list for lessons, cancellations are accepted only for reason of illness or planned vacation.
We ask that you notify the instructor no later than one week prior of vacation plans.
Make-up lessons are at the discretion of the instructor
and the availability of studio space.
Failure to comply with the fee schedule or repeated absences
may result in loss of your time slot.
